Problem: Law enforcement officers operate in high-stress situations but often lack practical tools to recognize and manage stress in real time.

Solution: A scenario-based eLearning experience that allows learners to practice identifying stress cues, apply coping strategies, and make decisions in realistic situations.

Tools & Process Built using Action Mapping and ADDIE, developed in Articulate Storyline.
