I design user-centered learning experiences that improve performance, decision-making, and real-world outcomes. My work emphasizes scenario-based learning, practical application, and clean, engaging design that helps learners confidently apply new knowledge in the field.

As a Justice Program Administrator with the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training, I support programs that strengthen the resilience and well-being of Kentucky's law enforcement community. My background in instructional design allows me to approach every project as a problem to solve by analyzing learner needs, identifying performance gaps, and creating learning experiences that lead to meaningful behavior change.

In addition to learning design, I'm a certified fitness trainer with a passion for health, resilience, and performance. I also enjoy learning experience (LX) and website design, combining instructional strategy with intuitive, engaging user experiences.

Outside of work, I'm a proud wife, mother, grandmother ("Lolli"), and lifelong learner who believes thoughtful design can improve the way people learn, work, and grow.
