I design user-centered learning experiences that improve performance, decision-making, and real-world outcomes. My work focuses on scenario-based learning, practical application, and clean, engaging design.

With a background supporting law enforcement training, I approach projects as problems to solve—analyzing learners, identifying gaps, and building experiences that lead to meaningful behavior change.

I’m also a certified fitness trainer and have a strong interest in learning experience and website design, where I combine instructional strategy with modern, intuitive design.

Outside of work, I value connection, growth, and balance, and I’m a proud wife, mother, and grandmother (“Lolli”).
